REFUND POLICY

At Eileen Murl Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must have the tag intact, be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom or personalised jewellery
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Gift cards.

How to return To initiate a return, please contact us at eileenmurljewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
