2. Products We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. All items are handcrafted and may have minor natural variations — this is part of their unique character.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

4. Orders By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in the event of a pricing error or stock issue. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

5. Payment We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

6. Intellectual property All content on this website — including images, text, and designs — is the property of Eileen Murl Jewellery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
